Cannon was a former professional football player for the Houston Oilers, Oakland Raiders, and Kansas City Chiefs.
In 1983 he was charged with printing $6 million worth of counterfeit $100 bills. He pleaded guilty and was sentenced to 5 years in prison.
Cannon died in 2018.
